Why Write The Book?

Am I crazy to consider writing a book about trends?... not to mention one with a really strange title. Well, in many ways I feel compelled to. I find what's been unfolding in the world around us fascinating, tumultuous and unnerving. Most of all I want to see if you're feeling it as well.
